By
way of explanation. The
term 'home business' consists of two words.
'Business' is the second one; it's there to
qualify and support the word 'home' and all
that goes with it - and not vice versa. Consequently,
we also list below, items which are of interest
and value to the home. Whether in its context
as an office or as a part of your family and
lifestyle but always
directed at the improved prospects and enjoyment
that running a business from home, in its entirety,
can bring.

starting and running a
business from home,

Lettings
fee ban brings cheer to tenants. https://www.bbc.com/news/business-48474218
So who is going to take up the slack to help
tenants find much-needed housing now that there's
less profit to be had for letting agents? Local
councils whose social housing policies are determined
by fraud and manslaughter?
Although
the old sytem was far from ideal, it evolved
around a need just as did larger deposits, which
are also now being capped at 5 times the equivalent
weekly rent. The reason landlords and letting
agents usually took larger deposits was to accept
tenants who had a poor credit history and who
couldn't be covered by landlord insurance for
non-payment of rent. As it takes over three
months - not five weeks - to get rid of an erring
tenant plus the fees to do so, the outcome of
the latest legislation is that anyone with a
poor credit rating - often through no fault
of their own - will now be able to join the
Tory regime's record-breaking numbers of homeless,
instead.
