The Autumn Statement shows nothing of the
kind - although such reporting from state propaganda,

it does show is the cost to the British economy

bankrupt political/war criminal leadership.
even if the country's 'gig' economy may feel

School-leavers 'lack essential workplace skills'.
And of course, with nothing but Dragons'
Den, The Apprentice and a couple of superficial
websites to guide them, it goes without saying
they lack self-employment, business and life
and social skills, too. Like - innit? (Takes

It's not 'Brexit' that's the real problem
but the political wasters, fags and rent-boys

to try and make it work. And although that much
was apparent long before any voting was cast,
it is something which is only just beginning
to dawn on the country's Brexit knobheads.
HMRC team to tackle false self-employment.
HMRC is to establish a new Employment Status
and Intermediaries Team that will focus on employers
falsely describing workers as self-employed
in order to avoid employment rights and protections.
This measure was announced in a letter from
Jane Ellison, Financial Secretary to HM Treasury,
to Frank Field, Chair of the Work and Pensions
Select Committee. According to Ms Ellison, the
existence of a dedicated team will enable HMRC
to "better focus its resources and expertise
to ensure these issues are effectively tackled".

And speaking of political wasters again -

guides to unfair terms in consumer contracts.
A range of guides to raise UK firms' awareness
of the rules relating to unfair terms in consumer
contracts has been published by the Competition
and Markets Authority (CMA). A survey of 1,250
firms carried out by the CMA has indicated that
less than half of firms are familiar with the
rules relating to unfair contract terms provided
under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Of the firms
surveyed by the CMA, 18% had never heard of
the rules relating to unfair contract terms
and 36% said they didn't know the rules very
well. The survey also found that some firms
believe that every contract term is binding
as soon as the contract is signed by a consumer,
despite an unfair term being legally unenforceable.
